Refund and Returns Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from my website. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact me with your invoice number and the reason for the return. I will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Once I receive the returned item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will require photographic evidence of the damage and may require the item to be returned to me for inspection. I will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Once I receive the damaged item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
